Last month your payment portal wasn't working. You tried to charge me late charges when you stated no one in the apartments ... would be required to pay late fees that month. You then made a "One time courtesy" and took away the late charges but still charged me a $30 for a bounced check charge. The reason I took the money out of my bank account was that your manager told me the portal wasn't working. I then offered to go get a cashiers check to pay the rent. Your manager told me there would be an online portal emailed to me tomorrow to make the payment. The next day I recieved an email saying we needed to pay by cashiers check. So long story short I had to pay an extra $40 on top of my rent because you have a faulty system. Now this month the payment portal isn't working. How should I pay my rent this month? How much extra are you planning on charging me for your system not working? Considering the circumstances and that I have gone at least 30 days without hot water this year shouldn't you waive late fees until your company starts to deliver on what I am paying it to do? The workers are respectful ... and for the maintenance they attend to the Tenants as soon as the other is placed. A very Clean Apartment.
